Lauren Carter gets the win!

Another full weekend of Track & Field and Road action.  Many of our Olympic hopefuls are competing in their respective countries Olympic Trials over the next week and we had 3 (yes 3) NYRR Road races this weekend.

For the second week in a row on the roads we had a female overall winner.  Lauren Carter won the New York Giants Run of Champions (5K) in 18:34. On the mens side, Cliff Garber took 4th overall and Alan Ruben won his age group.  On Saturday at the Front Runners Pride Run (5M) Yumi Ogita won her age group and our mens team took 3rd (Rohit Mitter, Neal Sussman, Gerd Zeibig, Stephen Curtis , Jordan Hare).  At the second NYRR 5M on Sunday, the Achilles Hope & Possibility,  Eric Boucher and Lynn Blackstone both got age group wins.  Congrats all!
