The Benefit was great! I personally had a very nice time. I always find it very interesting to see people in regular clothing when most of the time I’ve only seen them in running shorts and shirts. Everybody looked great.
I enjoyed listening to Alan Webb speak and answer questions from the audience. He seemed like a good guy to me. I found out with my non- reporting skills, that he probably won’t run a marathon for another ten years and that he does not train at altitude. I found that last fact to be interesting. He said that, because his race is only four minutes long, he didn’t think there would be much benefit, if any. My thought (which I didn’t say) was but what if there was, man!
I would like to point out that I was very happy to hear some of the feedback about the pictures I have been taking over the last few years. I am glad you enjoy them (and your mothers, too!).
