Sid Howard has been a busy man these past few weeks. First, he spent 18 days in Bolivia, and then travelled to his home away from home in Bermuda to compete in the International Race Weekend 10K. This marks the 29th time in the last 30 years that Sid has run in this prestigious event (Sid missed the event in 1997 when his wife passed away).
