Rolanda is a steeplechase runner from Panama. She was born in Queens, New York to a Panamanian father and an American mother. Bell has had a very successful running career. She trained for the 2016 Olympic Games with two Team USA Olympians. During her training, Bell participated in the International Association of Athletics Federation’s (IAAF) Outdoor Track and Field Championships, competing in the 3,000 meter Steeplechase, in 2015.

In college, Bell was a four-year member of the University of Tennessee’s women’s cross country and track teams. While competing for the Volunteers, Bell was a 10-time All-American in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and was part of the 4×1500 meter relay team that set a Division I collegiate record, with a time of 17:08.34, at the Penn Relays back in 2009.
