Why 180? APT combines music and training in a way that has never been done before. All workouts are composed at 180 steps per minute. As a result of many years of study, Dr. Daniels has determined that 180 steps per minute is the right stride range for optimum performance.
APT will help you train for a great marathon. Coach Jack Daniels has been coaching some of our country’s greatest athletes for over forty years. He has concluded that APT will be a very helpful tool for the thousands of runners who do not have the benefit of having a personal coach to help them.
