Men s Health Magazine just published a list of ten things any fit man should be able to do. While the running challenges don t seem too too hard, some of the other items on the list seem downright tough. So the question remains, do we have anyone on our team who can do all ten challenges? Is any CPTC member truly fit ??? My guess is no, but I’d love someone to prove otherwise, and do each of the challenges below.

1. BENCH-PRESS 1 1/2 TIMES HIS BODY WEIGHT

2. RUN A MILE AND A HALF IN 10 MINUTE

3. TOUCH THE RIM

4. LEG-PRESS 2 1/4 TIMES HIS BODY WEIGHT

5. SWIM 700 YARDS IN 12 MINUTES

6. DO 40 PUSHUPS

7. MEASURE UP (Waist circ/ Hip circ <= 0.81)

8. RUN 300 YARDS IN LESS THAN A MINUTE

9. TOUCH HIS TOES

10. THROW A BASKETBALL 75 FEET (FROM HIS KNEES)
