Cady Frey will compete at Pennsylania State Championship this coming weekend. She also plans to compete at Nike Outdoor Nationals in North Carolina.
By throwing 136 feet, Cady has also qualified for the 2009 USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championship in Eugene and the 2009 USA National Club Championship in New York City (Icahn Stadium).
Cady took 3rd place at the 2007 USA National Club Championship.
