The three-day extravaganza of the Penn Relays begins this Thursday, and CPTC is sending a large group of athletes to compete there. They will join representatives from more than 60 countries who are running in more than 425 races.
In the Olympic Development (OD) races, we’ve got our biggest-ever contingent heading to Philly. On Thursday:
5k:

On Friday, the OD races continue with the:
4 x 100m relay:

4 x 400m relay:
- Tyrona Health, Joy Romulus, Vanessa Mazandi, Lisa Daley
- Adrian Crichlow, Shomari Taylor, Damion Drummond, Bill Wells/David Salmon
Additionally, Gavin Henry and Wyndell Dickerson will race in the masters 100m (40+); Val Barnwell and Tony Fulton in the 50+ 100m; Kenrick Smith in the 55+ 100m; and Alston Brown in the 60+ 100m. Saturday will feature Shomari Taylor in the 400m hurdles, Natilee Dawkins in the 100m hurdles, and Natalie Gingerich and Chris Spooner in the mile.
As for the masters relays, a pretty impressive crew has been assembled:
